Phase 3A

Project basis.
Based on the analysis in phase 2, in which we have studied all the positive aspects and opportunities that can offer the neighborhood, I propose the creation of an axis connecting the two most important equipment (ADDA and the cigarreras) in the that all opportunities of the neighborhood are concentrated so as to achieve their social, cultural, economic and environmental reactivation.
The reason of concentrating all activities and agents on the same axis is due to the city only works when there is a variety of uses and not depend solely on a single sector. When only depends on a sector, distorting and just stops working, because that urban complexity is what gives meaning to the city.
The axis has been selected because it connects two major cultural facilities and because it has the necessary measures for installing the parklets, agents are introduced in the project in an order which depends mainly on the economic reasons.
